About us
Little India Mart is an Indian grocery store operating in Clayton, Victoria, Australia, offering products for local delivery and in-store pickup.

Orders and availability
Placing an order does not guarantee stock availability. Due to the nature of grocery retail, item availability can change quickly. When you place an order, your payment method is authorised but not charged. Our team will confirm stock availability before finalising your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or adjust your order before any payment is taken.

Payment
Payment is authorised at checkout and captured only once your order is confirmed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You will not be charged for items that are unavailable or removed from your order prior to confirmation.

Delivery and pickup
We currently offer local delivery within a 5km radius of our store, on Saturday and Sunday evenings, subject to the delivery fees set out at checkout. We also offer in-store pickup. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Age-restricted products
Some products (including tobacco items) are age-restricted under Australian law. By purchasing these items, you confirm you are of legal age to do so, and we reserve the right to request identification.

Pricing and errors
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel if you're not satisfied with the correction.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Little India Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
