Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery area
We currently deliver within a 5km radius of our store in Clayton, Victoria. We're planning to expand our delivery area over time — if your address falls outside the 5km radius, please contact us and we'll let you know if delivery to your area is possible and when you can expect it to be added.
Delivery days and timing
Delivery is currently available Saturday and Sunday evenings only. Orders are generally fulfilled within 24 hours of your next available delivery window. If you order outside this window, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available Saturday or Sunday.
If you're unsure whether we can deliver to you, or need delivery outside these times, please contact us — we're happy to check and let you know what's possible. We're actively expanding our delivery area and hours, so it's always worth asking.
Order confirmation
Because grocery stock can change quickly, we don't guarantee availability at the time of ordering. After you place an order, our team will check stock and contact you to confirm your order (or suggest a substitute if something is unavailable) before your payment is finalised. See our Terms of Service for more on how payment authorisation works.
Minimum order
A minimum order of $50 is required for local delivery.
Delivery fees
- Orders from $50–$99.99: $8.00 delivery fee
- Orders of $100 or more: free delivery
In-store pickup
Pickup from our store is available as an alternative to delivery, at no charge. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within our stated timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by driver availability or unforeseen circumstances. We'll contact you if there's a significant delay to your order.
